Initiating his career from National Institute of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi, Dr. Roy served at the erstwhile Operations Research Group (Baroda) and Mode Research Private Limited (Delhi). He is known for his twin expertise as a quantitative as well as a qualitative research technique owing to his educational training.
